The Time Jon Moxley and Jeff Hardy Did Battle in WWE

Tonight on AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley takes on Jeff Hardy for the first time ever in singles action. It’s a match that a lot of fans have wanted for years and we surprisingly didn’t get in WWE. While we never got a singles match between them, we did get a tag team match in August of 2017.  Moxley then going by “Dean Ambrose” won the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships at Summerslam with Seth Rollins. The night after on August 21st, the reunited Shield members made it clear they wanted a fight. The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and brother Matt) came out and congratulated the pair before challenging them to a match.  The match took place later in the show and was well received by fans at the time. In the end after a Dirty Deeds by Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins pinned Jeff Hardy to win the match.  The two would never face off again on television but that all changes tonight on Dynamite. Why Wasn't Maven a Bigger Deal in WWE?

Nowadays former WWE wrestler and Tough Enough winner Maven is making a name for himself on YouTube. Telling stories about his career. A career that should have gone better in WWE. I always thought Maven had the potential to be an upper-mid carder like a Shelton Benjamin or Carlito or even fellow Tough Enough winner John Morrison. However, Maven never reached those heights. Today we look back on his WWE career and why he never achieved the success we had hoped he would.  Maven burst onto the WWE scene in 2001 as a contestant on the inaugural season of "Tough Enough," a reality show aimed at discovering raw talent for the wrestling world. His athletic prowess, combined with an affable demeanor, quickly endeared him to audiences, ultimately leading to his entry into the WWE roster.  Upon his transition to the main roster, Maven's early years showcased flashes of promise. His notable moment came in 2002 when, as a rookie, he shockingly eliminated The Undertaker in the Roy

Triple H Has Major Announcement for Thursday WWE Preview Show

Triple H has a major announcement for WWE’s Preview Special on Peacock. What could this be? Perhaps a new TV deal, a major match being announced or a returning wrestler. We already got The Rock returning on Raw this week, so it’s possible it has something to do with him.  You can catch the Preview Special on Peacock at 8PM EST. We’re used to Tony Khan of AEW teasing major announcements, not Triple H and WWE. I think it’s a great way to get people to check out this show. Tease something big, put over some of your top young wrestlers in segments and keep building to the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania.  What do you think this big announcement will be about? Will it have huge implications for wrestling fans or will it be skippable? Let me know if you’ll be tuning in.

CM Punk Returns to Raw Next Week!

On last night’s WWE Day 1 edition of Raw, the company announced that top star CM Punk will be appearing on next week’s show. Punk is one of the hottest names in pro wrestling right now and is building towards his first WWE PPV match in 10 years at the Royal Rumble.  CM Punk is expected to make a run for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship which is held by Seth Rollins. It’s one of the most anticipated matchups in WWE going right now and I’m sure CM Punk will add fuel to that fire next week.  Will you be tuning in for Punk’s appearance on Raw next week?
