When Will Brock Lesnar Actually Retire?

Brock Lesnar appeared to retire at WrestleMania this past April. He took off the boots after he lost to Oba Femi and it appeared to fans that he retired. Brock however returned on last week’s Raw and attacked Oba Femi. Shocking the wrestling community. Brock and Femi’s rematch has been confirmed for this weekend at Clash in Italy. When will Brock Lesnar actually retire?  The most obvious place and time is SummerSlam on the first weekend in August from U.S Bank Stadium in Brock’s (billed from) hometown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The stadium can sit almost 73,000 people. In order to fill a venue this big you have to have marquee matches. Brock Lesnar’s retirement would put butts in seats. He’s one of the biggest draws in combat sports history, and one of the most polarizing figures in wrestling. Brock’s star-making moment happened at SummerSlam 2002 when he beat The Rock to become the youngest WWE Champion in history.  The next choice is this Sunday in Turin, Italy. Maybe Brock bea...

Will AEW Ever Run Madison Square Garden?

Will All Elite Wrestling ever air a show from the legendary Madison Square Garden Arena? Never say never but I wouldn’t count on it anytime soon.   During the Double or Nothing media scrum from last night Tony was asked by Justin Dorazio if he has ever tried to run MSG and if it’s a possibility in the future. TK responded by saying representatives from MSG reached out about running the first Dynamite from 2019 at the hollowed venue. Khan said he was interested but they quickly called back and rescinded the offer.    Tony Khan explains that AEW attempted to run MSG in the past and have not been in contact with them since 2019. pic.twitter.com/rDzUEHDYG8 — justin dorazio (@justin32800) May 25, 2026 Khan has told this story before but this may put the MSG questions to rest now.   It doesn’t sound like there’s any ill will from Tony but said that was the last time they talked about running the Garden. MSG is WWE grounds so it’s not surprising they don’t want the competit...

Beth Copeland Should Be Used As More Than Edge’s Wife

Beth (Phoenix) Copeland helped her husband Adam win the AEW World Tag Team Championships from FTR at tonight’s Double or Nothing. She should be used as more than an accessory to her husband. While it is cool to see her help out Cope (Edge) occasionally, she’s a wrestling legend in her own right. She was a pioneer in the earlier 2010s and helped pave the way for the women’s revolution of the mid to late 2010s.  It’s not just in AEW, since 2022 in WWE every time Beth Phoenix has appeared it’s been to help her husband. Cope is a legend and it’s fun to see her as his secret weapon but I think m she should be used to help the women’s division in AEW.  Beth is a three time Women’s Champion, one time Divas Champion and Hall of Famer in WWE. She stood out as a woman who could actually wrestle in the era of divas in WWE. She inspired women’s wrestlers that didn’t fit the conventional look.  AEW’s women division could use someone like Beth getting involved. Helping to make one of t...

Will MJF Lose His Hair at Double Or Nothing?

Will MJF lose his hair tonight at Double or Nothing? The sentiment from fans online that I’m seeing is that MJF will win back the Triple B from Darby Allin in his own “backyard” in Queens. MJF’s hair is on the line but if he wins he becomes a three-time AEW World Champion. Joining Jon Moxley as the only wrestlers to win the Championship at least three times. Darby Allin’s looking to avoid having the shortest first reign as World Champion in AEW history.   I think Darby Allin’s going to retain the Championship and continue his run as a fighting Champion. If it ends here, it does nothing for Darby long term. I could see Mick Foley interfering on Darby’s behalf and helping him shave MJF’s head.  There’s more upside in MJF going bald than there is with him winning the World Championship for the third time. MJF could rock a bandanna or a mask like CM Punk in 2010 when he had his head shaved. The only obstacle that I’ve seen online is if MJF would shave his head following an alleged...

Which Stadium Stampede Match is the Best?

AEW’s Stadium Stampede returns tonight at Double or Nothing for the first time in three years. The chaotic match is happening at the Louis Armstrong Arena in Queens, New York. All In London in 2023 was the last show this match was at and it’s been missed by fans since. AEW opted for Anarchy in the Arena for past several Double or Nothing’s but this is the first time a stadium’s available. It’s one of AEW’s signature matches and was even featured in their video game Fight Forever. The first Stadium Stampede took place at Double or Nothing 2020 and received heaps of praise from fans and critics alike. With the match returning tonight, I’m asking which Stadium Stampede match is the best in your opinion.  The first one saw Matt Hardy and The Elite teaming up to defeat Chris Jericho and his Inner Circle. Hardy, Adam Page, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson and Kenny Omega taking on Jericho, Jake Hager, Ortiz, Santana and Sammy Guevara. This match looks so lopsided in favour of The Elite in hind...

TNA Impact Preview May 21st 2026

A TNA World Championship main event is headlining tonight’s Impact. Mike Santana defends the World Championship against Steve Maclin. Maclin looks to win the World Championship back for the first time since 2023.   Elsewhere on the show, Mustafa Ali is defending the International Championship against the young upstart Chazz “Starboy” Hall. Will Order 4 help Ali retain the Title or can he do it on his own? Two of the most talented women in TNA go head to head when Elayna Black takes on Indi Hartwell.   Jeff Hardy and Dutch will be handcuffed to the ring posts as Matt Hardy takes on Vincent. Xia Brookside is taking on Jada Stone in a battle to see who can breakthrough to the next level. Finally, The System opens the show, as they continue to assert their dominance over the company.   Will you be watching TNA Impact tonight? They could use all the viewers possible and this is looking like a really good card.

Saturday Night’s Main Event Looks Underwhelming

Saturday Night's Main Event is this Saturday taking place from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Is this the weakest card since the legendary show returned a year and a half ago? As of right now, three matches have been  announced with the biggest matchup being the Intercontinental Title tilt between Penta and Ethan Page. This doesn't scream main event of a special event to me. No disrespect to those wrestlers, because I do think they're both very talented. Does this sell a show though? Even with the additions on Monday, I don’t think so. The return show featured Cody Rhodes defending the WWE Undisputed Championship against Kevin Owens in the main event. It was supported by an undercard featuring a World Heavyweight Title triple threat match, the finals of the Women's Intercontinental Championship tournament and a Women's World Championship match. We saw Goldberg and John Cena's last match on Saturday Night's Main Event last year. We've also seen many World Champio...
