All Elite Wrestling announced this week that Mick Foley is joining Renee Paquette for the Double or Nothing pre-show this Sunday. This will be Foley’s debut for the promotion. A debut that many have been speculating on since he cut ties with WWE back in December over their affiliation with United States President Donald Trump. Double or Nothing takes place from Queens, New York which is Mick Foley territory. Foley grew up in Long Island, which is less than an hour away from Queens. The question on everyone’s minds right now, is if Foley will wrestler a match or not. A couple of years ago, Foley expressed interest in having a final match but called it off for medical reasons. That was in 2024, and we’ve seen medical assessments change as time goes on. Look at Bryan Danielson returning to WWE.
