Baron Corbin is Back on WWE Raw with JBL and Horrible Gear

Baron Corbin is back on WWE Raw. He was acquired in a trade with Smackdown. Raw sent Rey Mysterio and in return, gets Corbin. Corbin didn’t show up along either. He was introduced by none other than John Bradshaw Layfield.

It looks like JBL will be managing Corbin moving forward and I don’t want hate it. What I do hate? Baron’s new ring gear. I hope this doesn’t stick around for his sake. God, it looks dumb. I think vests are stupid. He looks like Dominik Mysterio and Austin Theory.

JBL is a good manager choice. I’m not a big Corbin fan and I’d be going in a much different direction but I’m looking forward to this. I thought the best stuff he was doing was when he was broken down, broke Baron Corbin. That didn’t last long and then he got into a mediocre storyline with Madcap Moss. JBL at least adds intrigue to him, because he’s a Hall of Famer and can get a crowd to react on a dime.

Ethan Page shocked the world when he won the NXT Championship last night at Heatwave. Well, I should say he stole the Title. You can check out more details here . If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair. Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. If you look at WWE’s website it shows two concurrent reigns for Cody. If Cena beats Cody it’s always possible that WWE in the future recognizes this as one World Title reign instead of two.
