Dynamite Preview - December 21st, 2022


Tonight's AEW Dynamite is shaping up to be an exciting and action-packed show, with several high-stakes matches and segments on tap. Here's a preview of what you can expect to see:


AEW World Trios Championship "Best Of 7 Series" - Match 5 (No Disqualification): Death Triangle (3) vs. The Elite (1)

The fifth match in this highly competitive series is sure to be a doozy, with both teams eager to gain the upper hand and secure the win. The stakes are high, as the winning team will move one step closer to capturing the AEW World Trios Championship. With the match taking place under no disqualification rules, expect to see some intense and physical action in this one.




AEW Women's World Championship Match: Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Hikaru Shida

Jamie Hayter will defend her AEW Women's World Championship against the formidable Hikaru Shida in what promises to be a hard-fought and exciting match. Shida is a formidable opponent, with a strong track record and a tough fighting style, so Hayter will need to be at the top of her game if she hopes to retain her title.


FTR vs. The Gunns

FTR and The Gunns will square off in what promises to be a competitive and intense matchup. Both teams are known for their physical and aggressive styles, so expect to see plenty of hard-hitting action in this one.




We'll Hear From Bryan Danielson Live

Bryan Danielson, one of the top wrestlers in the world, will appear live on AEW Dynamite to discuss his recent actions and plans for the future. Whatever Danielson has to say is sure to be highly anticipated and eagerly anticipated by wrestling fans around the world.


Keith Lee & Swerve Strickland Face-To-Face Meeting - FT Rick Ross

Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland will come face-to-face in what is sure to be a heated and intense confrontation. Both men are known for their physical and aggressive styles, and with tensions running high, anything could happen in this highly anticipated segment.


Ricky Starks Will Appear Live

Ricky Starks, one of the top wrestlers in AEW, will appear live on tonight's show to discuss his recent actions and plans for the future. Whatever Starks has to say is sure to be highly anticipated and eagerly anticipated by wrestling fans around the world.


The Next Chapter In The "Book of Hobbs"

The latest chapter in the ongoing "Book of Hobbs" storyline will be revealed on tonight's AEW Dynamite. This highly anticipated segment is sure to be full of twists and turns, as fans try to unravel the mystery of what's happening with Hobbs.

     Let’s go back to 2011, specifically June of 2011. CM Punk’s contract is expiring soon and he’s getting ready to have the biggest run of his career. On June 27th, 2011 CM Punk would cut a promo that would have the wrestling world buzzing for years to come. The State of Professional Wrestling - 11-29-21

     I have a lot of thoughts on the state of professional wrestling in 2021. I think it’s great that AEW is around now and that they’re presenting a great product. I think WWE has the potential not be really boring but I think the consensus is that most of the time it’s just a really boring show. I cannot tell you the last time I sat through a 3 hour Raw. Oh wait, yes I can. September, 9th, 2013 and that’s only because I was at the damn show.       WWE has a problem with stagnation. The product continually feels the same and I think there’s an obvious reason for that. WWE is too scripted. I think there’s a noticeable difference in the presentation between WWE and AEW. AEW feels like a legitimate sports show and WWE feels like broadway theatre without the music. I don’t think it’s a problem with the talent. When you go top-down, guys like Roman Reigns, Big E, Brock Lesnar, Edge, Bobby Lashley, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, Jeff Hardy and Kevin Owens are all main event players.

Several AEW Releases Reported

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported on Monday that announcer Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J, and Parker Boudreaux have been cut from the roster. PWInsider additionally reported that The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry have also been released.   We have word on several All Elite Wrestling releases. On Monday, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J and Parker Boudreaux have been released.  In addition to Sean’s announcements, PWInsider reported the release of The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry. PWInsider also notes that AEW is "evaluating their talent roster and making cuts to benefit both the company and the talents."  This is the second time Stu Grayson has been released from the company. Maybe the third time in the future will be the charm.  I wonder what happens to Parker Boudreaux. He has the look of a future World Heavyweight Cha
