Victoria Belongs In The WWE Hall of Fame

Professional wrestling legend Trish Stratus recently stated in an interview that Victoria deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Stratus spoke to Justin Dhillon on Casual Conversations with The Classic about Victoria potentially going into the Hall of Fame.

This statement has sparked a new round of discussions and debates about Victoria's Hall of Fame candidacy. In this blog post, we will take a closer look at Victoria's impressive career and why she deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Victoria, whose real name is Lisa Marie Varon, made her WWE debut in 2000 and quickly established herself as a dominant force in the women's division. She was a two-time WWE Women's Champion and also held the Hardcore Championship, making her one of the few female superstars to win both titles. Victoria was known for her unique look, her athletic ability, and her willingness to take risks in the ring. She was also known for her charismatic personality and her ability to connect with the fans.

Throughout her career, Victoria was involved in several memorable feuds and storylines. One of her most memorable feuds was against Trish Stratus, who she faced in several high-profile matches. Their matches were known for their athleticism, their intensity, and their ability to push the boundaries of women's wrestling. Their matches were some of the best women's matches of their time and helped to establish women's wrestling as a legitimate and important part of WWE programming.

Victoria was also known for her contributions to the women's division outside of the ring. She was a mentor to many of the younger female wrestlers and was known for her generosity and kindness. She was also involved in several charitable organizations and used her platform to make a positive impact on the world.

In conclusion, Victoria's career speaks for itself. She was a dominant force in the women's division, a two-time champion, and a fan favourite. She was involved in several memorable feuds and storylines and was a trailblazer for women's wrestling. She also made a positive impact outside of the ring and was a mentor to many of the younger female wrestlers. Based on these accomplishments, it is clear that Victoria deserves to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. It's time for her to receive the recognition she deserves and to take her place among the all-time greats of professional wrestling.

Book This Episode 1: The Summer of Punk Rebooked Prelude

Let’s go back to 2011, specifically June of 2011. CM Punk’s contract is expiring soon and he’s getting ready to have the biggest run of his career. On June 27th, 2011 CM Punk would cut a promo that would have the wrestling world buzzing for years to come. In his promo, Punk said that his contract expired next month and that he, the Number One Contender, would be leaving  WWE with the WWE Championship. He’d also go onto take shots at not only his opponent the following month, John Cena but other icons in the history of WWE. Whether employed by the company or not. He’d also tease defending his WWE Championship in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Essentially he’d be a travelling World Champion, ala the territory days. Well, CM Punk did win the WWE Championship the next month from John Cena at Money in the Bank. However, what would happen after would disappoint wrestling fans more than anything else that’s happened in years.       How they bungled this storyline, I’m not ent

The State of Professional Wrestling - 11-29-21

I have a lot of thoughts on the state of professional wrestling in 2021. I think it’s great that AEW is around now and that they’re presenting a great product. I think WWE has the potential not be really boring but I think the consensus is that most of the time it’s just a really boring show. I cannot tell you the last time I sat through a 3 hour Raw. Oh wait, yes I can. September, 9th, 2013 and that’s only because I was at the damn show.       WWE has a problem with stagnation. The product continually feels the same and I think there’s an obvious reason for that. WWE is too scripted. I think there’s a noticeable difference in the presentation between WWE and AEW. AEW feels like a legitimate sports show and WWE feels like broadway theatre without the music. I don’t think it’s a problem with the talent. When you go top-down, guys like Roman Reigns, Big E, Brock Lesnar, Edge, Bobby Lashley, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, Jeff Hardy and Kevin Owens are all main event players.

Several AEW Releases Reported

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported on Monday that announcer Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J, and Parker Boudreaux have been cut from the roster. PWInsider additionally reported that The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry have also been released.   We have word on several All Elite Wrestling releases. On Monday, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported Dasha Kuret, Stu Grayson, Jose the Assistant, Jora Johl, Gravity, Slim J and Parker Boudreaux have been released.  In addition to Sean’s announcements, PWInsider reported the release of The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) and Anthony Henry. PWInsider also notes that AEW is "evaluating their talent roster and making cuts to benefit both the company and the talents."  This is the second time Stu Grayson has been released from the company. Maybe the third time in the future will be the charm.  I wonder what happens to Parker Boudreaux. He has the look of a future World Heavyweight Cha
