Would You Rather See Joe Rogan in WWE or Michael Cole in UFC?

The recent announcement of a potential merger between UFC and WWE has sent shockwaves through the sports and entertainment industries. While the details of the merger are still being worked out, one question that has emerged is whether or not we will see a crossover of talent between the two organizations. Specifically, there has been speculation about whether wrestling commentator Michael Cole will announce a UFC show or if Joe Rogan will announce a WWE show.

At first glance, this may seem like a far-fetched idea. After all, the two organizations have vastly different styles and audiences. However, the reality is that both WWE and UFC have shown a willingness to experiment with crossover talent in the past.

Michael Cole, for example, has been with WWE for over 25 years and is one of the most recognizable voices in professional wrestling. He has called countless matches and pay-per-view events, and his experience and expertise would be a valuable asset to any sports organization. While he has no prior experience with MMA, his skills as a commentator could easily translate to the world of UFC.

On the other hand, Joe Rogan is an accomplished comedian, actor, and commentator who is best known for his work with the UFC. He has been the color commentator for UFC events since 2002 and has become an iconic figure in the world of MMA. While he has no prior experience with professional wrestling, his quick wit and encyclopedic knowledge of combat sports would be a welcome addition to any WWE broadcast.

Of course, it remains to be seen whether either of these scenarios will actually come to fruition. There are still many questions surrounding the potential merger between UFC and WWE, and it is unclear how this would impact the roles of current commentators and broadcasters. However, the idea of a crossover between two of the biggest names in sports and entertainment is certainly an intriguing one, and it will be interesting to see how this story develops in the coming weeks and months.

The overwhelming consensus seems to be that fans would rather see Joe Rogan announce a WWE show rather than Michael Cole announce a UFC show. I actually disagree. I think Cole would be a better fit in UFC while Joe would be a fish out of water.

Book This Episode 1: The Summer of Punk Rebooked Prelude

Let’s go back to 2011, specifically June of 2011. CM Punk’s contract is expiring soon and he’s getting ready to have the biggest run of his career. On June 27th, 2011 CM Punk would cut a promo that would have the wrestling world buzzing for years to come. In his promo, Punk said that his contract expired next month and that he, the Number One Contender, would be leaving  WWE with the WWE Championship. He’d also go onto take shots at not only his opponent the following month, John Cena but other icons in the history of WWE. Whether employed by the company or not. He’d also tease defending his WWE Championship in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Essentially he’d be a travelling World Champion, ala the territory days. Well, CM Punk did win the WWE Championship the next month from John Cena at Money in the Bank. However, what would happen after would disappoint wrestling fans more than anything else that’s happened in years.       How t...

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair.  Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. If you look at WWE’s website it shows two concurrent reigns for Cody.  If Cena beats Cody it’s always possible that WWE in the future recognizes this as one World Title reign instead of two. There’s a few of Flair’s reign...

Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent.  Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now. Lashley said that when Jon Moxley sees him in the locker room, he stays clear of him.  Despite being cheered like a babyface, Bobby Lashley is a heel and Jon Moxley is also a heel so I don’t see them facing off soon. But I like the idea of a Moxley/Lashley match whether it’s for the Title or not. Saying that, I’d also be a fan of Bo...
