MJF Reveals Big Pay Increase

Maxwell Jacob Friedman aka MJF appeared on the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. The devil revealed that he’s making a lot more money but didn’t sign a contract extension.

MJF would go onto make some more headlines as he’d say New Japan Pro Wrestling is a garbage promotion. He would also go onto preach unity for the company which most wrestlers should be doing in the public. He’d also compare himself to Andre The Giant saying that he’s an attraction.

Helwani asked MJF if he felt the aftermath of All Out affected his push. He said the crowd reaction in Buffalo that yours truly was in attendance for proved that wasn’t the case. MJF flashed his confidence and cocky demeanour in the interview and looks like he’s about to go on the biggest run of his young career.

It’ll be interesting to see if MJF does end up signing a contract to stay with the company or if he’ll leave for WWE. AEW letting their potential franchise player go would be a huge mistake. Check the links here.

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair. Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent. Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now.
