Johnny Gargano Royal Rumble Status in Jeopardy

Yesterday, Johnny Gargano took to Twitter to announce that he suffered a shoulder injury at the live event in Toronto. He made a tweet stating the irony of getting hurt in Toronto.

Fans were saddened by the news, as Gargano is a beloved and talented wrestler who has been a mainstay in WWE's NXT brand. Many were wondering what this injury means for his future and whether it will affect his participation in upcoming events.

One event that fans are particularly concerned about is the Royal Rumble. The Royal Rumble is one of the biggest events of the year, and it's a fan favorite for its unique match format. Many fans were hoping to see Gargano in the Royal Rumble, and it's unclear at this point whether he will be able to compete.

Another event on the horizon is WrestleMania, which is the biggest event of the year for WWE. It's the culmination of storylines and rivalries, and it's always a must-see event for wrestling fans. Gargano has been a part of some memorable matches at previous WrestleMania events, and many were hoping to see him in a prominent role this year.

It's hard to say at this point what the future holds for Johnny Gargano. He's a tough and resilient wrestler, and it's possible that he could make a full recovery in time for these events. However, it's also possible that the injury could be more serious and require a longer recovery time.

All we can do is wish Johnny Gargano a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in the ring as soon as possible. He's one of the best wrestlers in the world, and his presence is always felt when he's in the ring.

Let me know your thoughts on Johnny's injury either here or on Twitter

Book This Episode 1: The Summer of Punk Rebooked Prelude

Let’s go back to 2011, specifically June of 2011. CM Punk’s contract is expiring soon and he’s getting ready to have the biggest run of his career. On June 27th, 2011 CM Punk would cut a promo that would have the wrestling world buzzing for years to come. In his promo, Punk said that his contract expired next month and that he, the Number One Contender, would be leaving  WWE with the WWE Championship. He’d also go onto take shots at not only his opponent the following month, John Cena but other icons in the history of WWE. Whether employed by the company or not. He’d also tease defending his WWE Championship in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Essentially he’d be a travelling World Champion, ala the territory days. Well, CM Punk did win the WWE Championship the next month from John Cena at Money in the Bank. However, what would happen after would disappoint wrestling fans more than anything else that’s happened in years.       How t...

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair.  Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. If you look at WWE’s website it shows two concurrent reigns for Cody.  If Cena beats Cody it’s always possible that WWE in the future recognizes this as one World Title reign instead of two. There’s a few of Flair’s reign...

Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent.  Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now. Lashley said that when Jon Moxley sees him in the locker room, he stays clear of him.  Despite being cheered like a babyface, Bobby Lashley is a heel and Jon Moxley is also a heel so I don’t see them facing off soon. But I like the idea of a Moxley/Lashley match whether it’s for the Title or not. Saying that, I’d also be a fan of Bo...
