When is Bron Breakker Losing the WWE NXT Title?

Bron Breakker has held the WWE NXT Title for almost a combined 365 days through 2 Title reigns. Since debuting in NXT, the son of Rick Steiner and nephew of Scott has established himself as one of the top young prospects in WWE. As well as the face of NXT. He’s had feuds with the likes of Tomasso Ciampa, Dolph Ziggler, Ilja Dragunov and Grayson Waller. He’s done a great job and I think he’s ready for a main roster run. I’d fast track him to the main event.

That begs the question. Who should be the next face of NXT? The one to defeat Bron Breakker and take over as the face of the brand. I think it’ll be Carmelo Hayes. From everything I’m seeing, Carmelo Hayes is being set up for that roll.

Hayes is under 30 and has stuck out on the NXT roster since debuting in 2021. He’s a 2 time North American Champion and has done a great job of setting himself apart from the rest of the roster. He’s young enough that he could have a good reign with it, have some good feuds and then go to the main roster with a ton of steam behind him.

I think between Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker, the WWE has young talent they can bet on. I’m assuming they’ll face off during Wrestlemania weekend and that Hayes wins the match. Bron Breakker then debuts on the Monday after Wrestlemania weekend.

The match has the potential to do the most views for an NXT show in history. Thanks to being on Peacock, more people are watching the Premium NXT shows. Combo that with the future of WWE facing off and if built correctly this show could be gangbusters.

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair. Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent. Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now.
