Live Reaction: AEW Crowns New Tag Team Champions

On tonight's Dynamite, AEW crowned new World Tag Team Champions. In a Title vs Career match against The Gunns, FTR came out on top to not only win the Tag Team Championships but also remain in AEW. After all the rumours of FTR leaving AEW, it appears they'll be sticking around for a while. It's their 2nd run with the Titles.

There's still a lot of exciting matchups for them in AEW. I'd love to see them have a true blood feud with The Young Bucks. Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks vs CM Punk and FTR has the potential to be a defining feud for AEW if all the parties can come together. With or without CM Punk involved, FTR should feud with The Young Bucks again.

I assume they'll finish up their feud with The Gunns and then move onto a feud with either The Young Bucks or The Acclaimed. There are far more intriguing matchups in AEW for FTR than WWE. What are your thoughts on FTR winning the Titles and sticking around in AEW?

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair. Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent. Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now. Lashley said that when Jon Moxley sees him in the locker room, he stays clear of him. Despite being cheered like a babyface, Bobby Lashley is a heel and Jon Moxley is also a heel so I don’t see them facing off soon.
