MJF Called Out By Dillon Danis

Could we see Dillon Danis and AEW World Heavyweight Champion, MJF mix it up in AEW? Danis is undefeated in MMA although he has only fought twice. Despite his lack of resume, Danis has become controversial figure in the world of combat sports, due to his outspoken personality and willingness to engage in verbal sparring matches with other fighters.

Today Danis set his sights on AEW Heavyweight Champion MJF, calling him out on social media and challenging him to a fight. Saying he’s going to rearrange his face. Danis seems to be pretty familiar with MJF but as seen below, MJF doesn’t know Danis.

If Danis were to appear on Dynamite, it would certainly be a high-profile moment for the young fighter, and would likely generate a lot of interest from both MMA and wrestling fans alike. We’ve seen crossover before between MMA athletes and AEW wrestlers. Danis was supposed to box KSI. A wrestling match with MJF may be more feasible.

If John Cena Beats Cody Rhodes he Technically Becomes an 18-Time World Champion

John Cena won the Elimination Chamber on Saturday night and secured an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania this April. What followed was a shocking heel turn that fans have wanted for years. That’s not what I’m talking about here. We’re talking about how John Cena will technically become an 18-time World Champion if he beats Cody Rhodes. That would put him two ahead of Ric Flair. Ever since Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to unify the WWE Championship and the Universal Championship. From that point on, WWE recognized Roman as having two Championship reigns. With the Universal Championship and with the WWE Championship. Same with Cody Rhodes when he beat Reigns for the Undisputed Championship at last year’s WresteMania. Bobby Lashley Issues Warning to Jon Moxley

Bobby Lashley debuted in All Elite Wrestling on October 30th last year, rejoining his former WWE stablemates MVP and Shelton Benjamin, forming The Hurt Syndicate. Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate are one of the hottest acts in AEW right now with Lashley and Benjamin winning the World Tag Team Titles last month. It’s inevitable that Bobby Lashley will get a World Championship shot at some point. He’s very over right now and a legit main event talent. Lashley gave a warning to AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when speaking to the Sporting Tribune . Lashley said it’s only a matter of time till they face off but he’s focused on his tag team right now. Lashley said that when Jon Moxley sees him in the locker room, he stays clear of him.
