According to a recent report from PWInsider, Vince McMahon, the chairman of WWE, was heavily involved with the post-WrestleMania 39 edition of RAW in Los Angeles. McMahon had his own office space at the event, just as he did before his retirement in 2022. Literally right before Raw started, last-minute changes were made to the show, which were not typical of changes made under WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H.
These changes continued throughout the show and were reportedly made directly by McMahon. Although Triple H initially ran the show, McMahon became increasingly involved as the night went on and directly oversaw the proceedings. Some of the talent at the event felt negative about this shift, as they felt that things would go back to the way they were before Triple H was in control.
However, some talent let it roll off their back, believing that McMahon's return to a central creative role was always inevitable. There is uncertainty as to whether McMahon will remain in charge of creative going forward.
